Problem solving, improvement and constant evolvent are imperative; development of effective solutions for company processes, organisation, workflow management, profit overview, branding etc.Motivated to get the best out of myself and my teamWhether as a teacher’s Team Leader in music school, 21 years of participating and awards on Conference and Competitions or Office and Finance manager in Telecom companies, one thought has led me since my early childhood: "If you are doing something, then do it as Best as you can, or don’t do it at all".Growth and new skillsStrive to constantly grow by learning new skills: after classical music education it was time to learn the music mastering and production (LogicPro, AbletonLive) which led to master study of Contemporary Electronics with coding software for composition and live performance (Cycling 74 MaxMSP, Supercollider), followed by the Finance and bookkeeping world (ExactOnline) which ultimately led me to enrolment in 2022 in Master study of Human Resource Management at IU International University.
