Information Technology Business Analyst
Current-Leads the implementation of the new case management system-Manages, maintains and supports the case management system for the agency by analyzing, validating, and verifying user needs to include updates, periodic maintenance, security permissions and troubleshooting-Set up reoccurring and Ad-hoc reports for the case management system-Researches, generates and creates reports based upon user and executive requirements-Conducts initial and refresher training on the case management and document management systems-Maintains library of training materials for case and document management-Assists in all areas of Information Technology as requested by the IT Director or Deputy Chief of Staff
