- I am an authorized Licensed Property Valuer and have been engaged in this field as part time basis.- Worked as a Property Valuer in my own firm Dream Engineering Consultancy.- Especially engaged in Property valuation for Commercial Banks for the loan purpose.- Have been working along with my staffs engaged full time.

 Worked as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer in Lusail Expressway Project in a Pre-cast unit where Pre-stressed I-girders and PC-Panels were made for two NCC and SCC Bridges and Onaiza and Pearl Tunnel and the beams were erected at the site after the necessary repairs were finished.  Carryout works in accordance to QCS 2010 to meet the quality standards of every activity of work. Prepare RFI and conduct inspection with the Inspector of each Activity/Material with hold point in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and checklist. Conduct Quality Awareness training to supervisors, foreman and labors on various activities of work like Concreting works, vibrating, repair works by approved materials, Steam Curing etc. Closure of NCR received on any activity of works. Prepare MAR of every materials used at site. Take part on the Audit works with the Asghal, KBR and CDM Smith. Take responsible of every items on the quality aspect and help the construction team to meet the Quality requirement.

Working as Design Engineer of Irrigation Projects funded By Asian Development Bank ADB granted Community Irrigation Project (CIP).The work include detail design , rate analysis ,cost estimation, and report preparation of the Irrigation projects.

Community Managed Seed Program funded by World Bank. The work include detail estimate, supervision, layout, Quality inspection and making of running and final bills of completed works etc.
