The American Marketing Association is comprised of marketing professionals with over 30,000 members, 76 professional chapters, and 250 collegiate chapters across the United States. My role as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer in Operations/IT team is forwarding Salesforce's NPSP platform to greater levels of efficiency.

• Worked with end users who create opportunities for Endurance in resolving their problems like problems with creating accounts, reports and dashboards and use their feedback to enhance Salesforce application.• Prioritize and manage projects and initiatives in accordance with the requirements of business needs.• Supported more than 200 users with the enhancement requests, changes and fixing the defects.• Set up new users, assign them roles and profiles and maintain the complete life cycle of the user.• Worked on setting up OWD permissions (Security Predicates)• Worked on Salesforce Lightning.• Designed, developed and deployed the Custom Apps, Custom objects, Custom Fields, Custom buttons, Page layouts and Custom tabs to suit to the needs of the application.• Attended daily meetings, weekly scrum meetings and sprint review meetings. • Developed Validation Rules, Workflows and Approval Processes for various functional needs in the application. • Maintained data cleanliness and accuracy by adding various Custom validation rules and Custom formulas. • Created various reports, standard and dynamic dashboards.
