I worked as an Information Technology Officer at Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project Authority; I managed the IT infrastructure and security of the organization, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the computer network, hardware, and software systems. I have a Master of Cyber Security degree from Deakin University and certification in CompTIA A+.With over 12 years of experience in information and communication technology, I have developed a strong expertise in computer hardware, software, and ERP SAP administration, as well as teaching and training skills. I have successfully assisted in implementing ERP-SAP software in PHPA-II and collaborated with the consultants, improving the efficiency and accuracy of data management and reporting. I have also taught and trained students and staff on ICT fundamentals, MS Office, networking, and internet, enhancing their digital literacy and competence.
