I have almost 5 years experience as a customer service executive cum insurance coordinator in Dubai. Currently I am in a dental clinic. So we are dealing with almost all types of insurance in our clinic as direct billing. Other insurance we do reimbursement as well. So my job as an insurance coordinator includes taking approvals for the patients, informing them,insurance billing, entering every approval in excel sheet and keeping a track of whether it is invoiced and verified for submission ,calling the insurance companies directly if there are any rejections and sorting it out. I am proficient in softwares such as D4W, Claimax.As I am doing customer service, I handle the phone calls, register patients, ensure patient satisfaction.
