Was instrumental in setting up a fully functioning medical oncology department in JCI accredited premier private sector hospital in Kingdom of Bahrain. With the help of the hospital management, I was able to dramatically increase the acceptance of Oncology services in private sector in Kingdom of Bahrain. Successfully designed and conducted BSH Oncology Update in 2015 and 2016, a multidisciplinary theme based international CME accredited by AACME for the first time in Bahrain. Helped in increasing acceptance of generic medicines in Kingdom of Bahrain, thereby helping increase access to good quality healthcare to larger group of population.
