Responsible for issuing Opex purchase order.Rates negosatation from Vendors.Preparing monthly Site wise Opex Register.Handling All Equipment AMC's (DG , PIU, AC).Invoice entry & matching with PO's, Raising Credit Memo/ Debit Memo, Prepayment Entry / Invoice Checking & Validation for payment.Resolving query with supplier for payment within the time limit given by supplier to make the payment and maintaining query tracker.Vendor liaisoning, interaction & end two end co ordination with vendors.Prepayment adjustment.Filling up MIR as per site requirement and sending the material to the sites.Management, monitoring and allocation of team of Engineers for completing the site work.Allotment of sites to subcontractors, directing & controlling them for quality execution of work.Coordinating with other supporting departments and ensuring project delivery as per schedule.Preparing final settlement and reconciling statement of material consumption as per estimate.
