Roles and Responsibilities• Store And Warehouse management•Daily perpetual inventory activity and report generation• Inventory control Stock Valuation of Store Stock & W.I.P(Inventory Management)• Maintaining Inventory targets and variation within target of 1% of Sale value• Monitoring of subcontract materials flow.• Monitoring of inter unit material flow and documentation• Reconciliation of outside processing material.• Maintain all General reports on Computer.• ABC analysis with cycle count day basis.• Disposal of rejection with system.• Proper production book as per production day wise requirement.• Daily follow-up with production team to adhere monthly dispatch plan.• Daily discussion with Supplier for the demand.• Sharing dispatch plan to customer and monitoring daily required to achieve 99% adherence to customer given plan.• Work on plant capacity planning.• Monitor production docket management. • Handling the quarterly tag inventory activity and provide final sheet to management.• Track the all WIP running parts.• Production Planning & Dispatch Scheduling.• Monthly planning of customer schedule and achieving customer schedule vs actual.• Material management & Sales Order wise RM Scheduling approx 800 parts.
