They are experts in when it comes to e-commerce website management and in 2019 the planned to enter the territory of digital marketing as it was the demand of the clients. So, I joined Digital Impressions as a Jr Digital marketing executive, and I am still working with them. Currently I'm leading the projects and team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Create an overall digital strategy for the brands and get the same executed.2. Ensure the quality of the ads and content in the ads.3. Ensure that we are meeting the revenue target for each and every client.4. Team management, trainings and hiring.5. Client handling and review.6. Reporting and dashboard maintenance.7. Be a part of client acquisition meeting.8. Onboarding all the clients.ACHIVEMENTS1. The brand “Cord Studio” reached 1cr or monthly sale in just 1.3 years, they were are at 8-10 lacs from last 2 years.2. The brand “Needledust” reached 50 to 70 lacs of monthly sale with and ROAS of 10.3. The brands which were struggling in ecommerce like Perona, Frontier Raas are now getting a sale of 20 to lacs a month.HOW ARE WE DOING IT?Our most important strategy is “Keep the basics in place”. We have defined some basic elements in the website and marketing which we need to follow rigorously, this ensure an optimal ROAS of 3-4 from advertising and then we move to creating personalized content for every user based on his/her needs and banking the calendar events.
