operating of press brakes, guilliotines etc sorting out jobs, giving out work , making sure orders went out on time, standing in for foreman when he was abscent

the start of my self employment, been fairly sucessful until i had to close down in 2008 with the recessionbefore the closer of this business i had won contracts with 3 large northeast companies. after closing down in 2008 , i kept my self employment intact with running the company as a hobby business until going full time again

i started armthrope back in 1997 as a general fabricator , working in mild steel,stainless and aluminium, working amongst others in food factories and shop conversion both in the northeast and the south of england, firstly becoming team leader of the installation crew, and then becoming charge hand , until the foreman left where i took over from him until going self employed in 2005
