Work break fix on Oracle/Sun servers and arrays. Plan with customers install of equipment, from single servers to Exadata, Exalogic, ZFS Appliance, ODA's, Gateways. Very complex hardware and software running together.

Customer Service Engineer Specialist / Sun Certified Field Engineer / A+ Certified / Dell Certified, Server, Desktop, Laptop, Customer Service (Not-Current). All kinds of printer experience. Laser to dot matrix, different makes and models. Maintained a multivendor site, Sun Servers, Dell Servers, IBM controllers, IBM printers and IBM 2096 mainframe, STK products, HP laser and plot printers. I recently maintained and supported Sun Microsystems family of servers in the Durham, RTP, Raleigh NC area. I support small and large multi-campus customers with hardware break fix, installation and some software issues. I have participated in both formal and informal training as required. I work with other team members scheduling on-call duty and local parts inventory. I have great customer skills and customer rapport. I am currently certified in Solaris-8 SysAdmin-1. Also repair, install, setup servers, workstations, laptop, and printers in medical offices.

I repaired registers (IBM, NCR, Fujitsu Point of Sale), back-room servers, scanners, printers and scales, for large and small retail customers. I also repaired terminals, servers and ticket printers at local airport. This job also included banking environment repair. Kept a running inventory of parts and was lead technician for half of North Carolina.
