At Regent, I continued to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to entice people to explore the secretive world of North Korea, discover the dazzling diversity of Central Asia, and embark upon wonderful adventures in search of the incredible Aurora Borealis.My work here developing the Arctic portfolio continued, meaning many visits to the heart of Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Pioneers of responsible travel, at Rainbow Tours, every itinerary is carefully constructed to support the conservation of wildlife, protect surrounding natural landscapes and encourage further development in host communities. Selling Africa, Madagascar and Latin America, it was my role to promote this exceptional brand, bringing creative marketing campaigns to market.Some of Regent's destinations still remain relatively undeveloped. That’s just part of what makes them so unique. It was my role to create and execute innovative marketing plans for this unique brand.It was at Regent that I developed the Arctic product portfolio. From Iceland and Greenland to Finland and Scandinavia, I searched for and developed new and interesting products to bring to market.

From safari holidays and expeditions in the Arctic to Mediterranean villa breaks and USA road trips, I created and implemented annual marketing plans and managed marketing budgets for all four brands in the Western & Oriental group.

A varied role encompassing many offline and online marketing elements. I managed the launch of the new website, created brochures, organised and attended events, and launched the Azores as a new destination for the brand.

A highly corporate role supporting various teams throughout the business including Market Knowledge, Marketing Communications, Digital and Sponsorship.I worked closely with European marketing departments and external agencies planning and preparing various elements for the EURO 2012 football tournament, in which Castrol was an official sponsor. I spent time throughout the tournament in Ukraine.

A fantastic year working in the world of aquatics. From fish food flakes to reptile snacks, I crafted point of sale material, offered support to both consumers and the trade, worked on various promotional campaigns, and attended events representing the brand.

I kept the beautiful Chalet Casa Rivas impeccably clean, cooked and served meals, baked cakes and made sure the guest awoke to the smell of freshly baked croissants (and the theme tune to Ski Sunday every Sunday morning).

I assisted the Marketing Department and the Head of PR in all marketing and press-related activities.

Desperate to travel long-haul, I purchased a round the world ticket and headed off with a backpack to South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, America and Canada.

I supported a team of fun-loving engineers in their quest to create two brand new models of car. A master of spreadsheets, I ran a tight ship in ensuring all lists, and everything surrounding engine components, nuts, bolts and fabrics were listed, recorded and ordered.

An internship at one of the world's most innovative brands. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy putting my marketing skills to practice, but I found a love for travel through representing the brand at conferences, exhibitions and trade shows in Europe.
