As Subcontracts Superintendent, I dealt with overseeing mobilization, cost/schedule tracking, and coordination of work for subs on site. This includes holding and/or attending PTI’s in the morning, educating and enforcing Kiewit site specific safety policies, work plan development, and execution of work. All work being completed by the subs was required to be audited to ensure it is per design/specification, but also the work is being performed as per contract.
