We aim to make these solutions available, accessible and affordable to anyone concerned about developing Alzheimers’ or Dementia.✦ Architected a solution based on the latest science and past success with coaching apps, then designed the brand, the website, our investor materials and the application prototype.✦ Completed market research, networking and detailed business modeling to clarify an effective business model in Value Based Insurance Design through Medicare Advantage plans. ✦ Planned, built the team and directed the creation of a 90 day pilot to prove that the approach taken by the FINGER Trial could in fact be delivered digitally, with minimal personal service. 17 users had 88% adherence over 90 days, completing 15-45 minutes per day of planned activities. Activity levels, memory and overall health improved for the majority of participants ranging in age from 65 - 85 years old, and some with diagnosed cognitive impairment.✦ Negotiated and launched a marketing partnership with Teepa Snow to recruit our first 50 beta participants.✦ Recruited a 9 person team on an equity basis to build our V1 MVP with no outside funding in a hard fundraising environment. -
