• Materials Handling team for the entire UPM II project, capable of supplying the demand for installation materials for around 300 companies and with a constant flow of containers, boxes and installation tools.• Agustin continued to assist the Logistics team while creating the Materials Handling Department for his company, where he alone designed the Materials Handling processes for his company; this brought clarity and organization to a highly complex and challenging situation for Andritz.• Agustin led the elaboration of the Logistics Analysis for 1800 different Andritz materials, ranging from 100 kg to 290 tons, looking for Logistics delays from China and Europe that could be directly related to the delay of the UPM II Project.

• Andritz's On Site Logistics team has successfully coordinated the unloading of ≈25,000 tonnes in the course of a year, representing a volume of ≈120,000 m3.• Within these calculations is the coordination of over 8,000 tonnes of oversized cargoes, representing a total of 85,000 FRT over the course of 1 year.• Agustín has personally overseen the successful discharge of ≈1200 Containers, representing a total of over 5,000 tonnes, and personally signed ≈1400 Cargo Receipts.
