Educated in history with a Master's degree from Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi and further honed at Uniwersytet w Białymstoku, I merge academic rigor with the practical skills gained as an Apprentice Chef, certified by Bahçelievler Halk Eğitim Merkezi. My experience as a Commis Chef at Nappo Pizza and as an Assistant Production Manager at TEMAŞ GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. has endowed me with a unique perspective on food production and service.
