Continuing in previous role as Test Group Lead, Expanded the test group to more then 180 engineers, organized in 16 teams, in 4 locations (Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Romania), in order to cover MotionWise product development and an array of customer deployments for OEMs in Germany, China, S,Korea and others.Development included further process and tools development to accommodate single trunk continuous automated testing, establishing more structured approach in manual test execution and setting up a HW farm to enable standardized and remote access to different test setups, both for automated and manual testing.

Fully establishing teams and processes for testing TTTech ADAS platform software solution Motionwise as a product, as well as teams testing it's deployment to customer projects. Key was to develop tools, tests and procedures that are used to test the product but are also reused in every customer project no matter what the customer specific product configuration is.
