Managing international team located in HU and SK. We are managing services within and outside of IT related to IT opex costs within the MOL group. Managing delivery in these 3 important areas:- IT Service costs – maintain structure of internal service catalog in HU and SK, adding, canceling, modifying services. Preparing yearly plan of service costs used for cost allocations, monthly measurements, inputs for monthly invoicing to group companies, contracting, reporting, communication and explanation with stakeholders on different levels.- Opex costs –control and monitor, covering HU and SK, providing monthly opex reports for managed 3rd party IT contracts, providing monthly report for personal costs in both companies. Analyze deviations, managing and coordinating yearly IT opex budget planning process, collecting inputs, analyze increase or decreased, providing reports, cooperation with finance department mainly controlling- Contracts management - managing services and providing support for 3rd party IT contracts, initiating renewals, managing and controls orders, process invoices, preparing performance protocols, coordination activities of contract owners, procurement, vendors. Managing central IT contract repository.

Acting parallelly on these three positions:Slovnaft IT Services Manager - June 2019 – September 2019 – responsible for 122 IT Employees in Slovnaft (Legal and HR responsibility) - Part of the Slovnaft management team representing IT within organization L2 level - Covering business partner role - Transformation of processes local management vs. group matrix professional management within IT domains - Member of local crisis management team and managed local IT tasks during corona crisis Statutory representative of MOL IT & Digital Slovakia, s.r.o. - Preparation and establishing of new company where main part of IT employees where transferred (organizational change, conditions, systems, contracts) - Communication to the employees about the changes in processes operations before and after transformation. Helping to solve issues after the transfer of the employees to new companyService Management Domain Head - Responsible for 3 international teams in Slovakia and Hungary (about 60 employees) - IT Service management team o Managing service cost calculation, manage financial IT service catalog, SLA contracts for provided services o Financial management – managing 3rd party contract repository for IT services, contracts lifecycle, allocation of the costs to the services, forecasts, accruals, opex reports, planning - Helpdesk team – providing single point of contact for internal customers. Handling about 20 000 incidents and requests monthly in the system. Supporting projects - End User Experience team - Managing desktop outsourcing services, contracts and related tasks. IT points, onsite or remote support. Managing relationship with the provider. Adoption campaign for Office 365, trainings, Office guru network, TOP/VIP support. End user related processes, workflows and guidance – incident, change, problem management.

- From 2017 official deputy of Slovnaft CIO.- Responsible for local Slovnaft part in several group tenders: o Printing services and central printing management preparing technical part of RFP, evaluate the proposal coordinate testing and replacement of all MFP. Centralization of printing services for all Operating Companies in Slovnaft group. o Mobile services and Mobile devices defining the scope, prepare technical in RFP, review and evaluate proposals, starting implementation based on the results. o SAM tool (Software asset management) selection – project is before kickoff o ITSM tool selection - coordinating local teams in review and evaluating proposals, responsibility for local implementation. Project not started yet.- Established separate IT asset unit with 6 employees under my management. Centralization of asset management also for Retail and card area and capitalization from CAPEX projects.- Management of outsourcing for Desktop support from contractually and operationally - Driving and coordinating Office 365 implementation in Slovnaft. Preparing local environment for implementation and rollout. Negotiation with MOL Group IT and manage group dependencies.

- Managing 8 employees covering various cross IT areas change management, project management and coordination, reporting, budgeting, assets.- Responsible for IT processes. Issued IT Operation regulation covering all basic IT processes. By SAP go- live in 2014 supporting the changes in IT operation processes locally and on group level and coordinating changes in ITSM tool.- Manage colleagues who are coordinating internal IT units in case of big complex projects or changes in existing systems or new implementation in refinery.- Responsible for coordination, preparation, spending control and reporting of the OPEX and CAPEX budget on local and group level.- Responsible for IT asset management – end user devices. Planning, capitalization, movement, scrapping. Introducing central evidence of IT asses in on cost center to avoid transfers between cost centers.

Managing team of 19 consultants and specialists providing implementation and maintenance of servers, storages, SAN, backup solutions, server virtualization and implementations of product mainly from Microsoft, VMware or on UNIX, Linux platforms.Responsible for: - resources planning- service delivery in agreed timeframe- compliance with costs of projects and department- operation and maintenance of infrastructure and providing services for internal and external customers- presale support of business units- communication with customers and suppliers- Business continuity – risks analyze, BIA, DRP, regular reporting on CEE level.

Led team of 24 employees after integration of local IT services in the international supply company of UniCredit Group.Responsible for: - Operation of IT infrastructure, support of electronic banking technologies and first and second level of application and technical support for users.- Regular communication with customer about provided service level, status of projects and incidents solving, regular SLA reporting on local and international level.- Implementation and local adaptation of group processes and tools for incident, problem and change management in infrastructure, processing of requests in demand management process for local applications, local responsibility for compliance with these processes.- Adaptation of global standards in IT architecture – implementation of Lync 2010 communicator, Office 2010, central monitoring of servers and security standards.- Implementation of process and tools for first level support according global group standards.- Responsibility for budgeting of maintenance and development of applications and infrastructure, budget control and budget utilization reporting.- Preparation of documents for procurement cycle, ordering, communication and coordination with suppliers.

Managed of team of 16 employees.Responsibility for:- daily operations, monitoring, backup and security of IT infrastructure, servers, storages, communication LAN/WAN, tasks on AS400, management of desktops and peripherals.- Planning of IT development and implementation of new technologies – first implementation of MS Exchange 2010 in Slovakia, security project for LAN ports protection.- Responsibilities for IT technologies in major projects –preparation of infrastructure in Euro project, project about transferring of IT services into the international supply company of UniCredit Group, implementation of document management system.- Responsibility for security and DRP – upgrade of backup datacenter and regular DRP testing, cooperation in IT audits and solving audit findings.- Communication with supplier, comments contracts, preparation of documents for tenders.- Communication with users within coordinating IT activities and solving major incidents.
