I am part of Transfer Operations team focused primarily on all operations related to SIPP product.- Processing all pension request for Transfers In and Transfers Out of SIPP plan- Submitting, Allocating and processing all transfers on Origo Platform- Working with data from Origo Platform- Processing received cash payments and outgoing cash payments - Processing and submitting in-specie transfers to Crest or DTC- Processing HMRC pension tax relief related operations- Processing required due diligence checks for pensions transfers and operations- Maintaining and organizing all SIPP related data on multiple spreadsheets for transfers team, data team and wider business- Investigating and solving Technical, Compliance, Reconciliation, Regulatory, Data, Operational or other issues for clients, pension scheme administrator and different teams around the business- Training people in business on how to use internal tools, external tools, and about industry landscape- Solving basic data queries and providing data related information to Transfers Operations team and wider business- Occasionally supporting ISA and GiA teams for all the above tasksDue to my technical skills and great product knowledge, I am also constantly collaborating with engineering teams, product team and other teams from around the business, working on different projects trying to improve and automate most of operational workflows, internal and external processes, and internal communication channels.
