I am part of Kerber Games team, which is producing it's first game, Final Challenge! My main responsibilities are content writing for the product itself, for the website and social media, also I am the lead for business and marketing strategy, and sales.

The Company has high standards, most expensive cruises in the world, which is reflected directly as demand for top candidates. Preselecting candidates, screening of CVs, conducting online interviews, 800 candidates per year that are selected for the final event, more than 3000 candidates total that went through my database. Organizing final events, finding a location, negotiating for the best price, setting up everything from tables to promo materials, registration, tracking candidates, follow up activities with all statistics after the event. Tracking successful candidates, constant communication with CREW SUPPORT, finding suitable positions, embarkation dates, organizing visa applications from paperwork to date of the interview in the Embassies, helping candidates to acquire Medical and Safety Certificates. Booking flights and making sure that they have all the documents on time. Worked as a junior radio host, researcher, and writer. Once a week’s meeting with the Lead Editor. Two times a week mandatory work in the office, preparing everything for the next radio show, recording the parts that are not live, also recording radio dramas for other departments. Worked as a Teaching Fellow on the subject Rhetoric and Rhetorical Analysis. Held and organized classes with young students, prepared all the materials for work, had to assess every student individually, trough weekly practical work helped them prepare for the final exam. Helped professor with questions for tests Initiated and led project of “Contemporary Rhetoric’s.”, which is still running on the Faculty, the main goal of the project was to give students another perspective on what is public speaking today, trough series of lectures from guest lecturers from public life (actors, media hosts, politicians) and practical work. Reinstated the annual Rhetoric competition for students of the Faculty of Political Sciences.

Was part of the Project team.Conducting research in fields of human rights, marginalized groups, and culture.
