- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends across CEE sales channels.- Develop, lead, and execute long-term and shortterm strategies for the success of assigned product category.- Work hand-in-hand with marketing team, customer service team, content management and IT team to determinate competitive pricing and promotional activities of product and product categories.- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends to ensure the sustainability of inventory.- Research competitors and products to suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities across our sales channels within seven countries in CEE region.- Create entry plans for products that are new in the market.- Manage and track assigned sales KPIs.

- Responsibility for the selection and purchase of the Dry food (sweet and salty snacks) and ice creams segment, as well as for the fnancial results and turnover.- Selection of suppliers, negotiation of business conditions.- Negotiating orders to ensure the availability of goods on the premises.- Market analysis, monitoring of competition prices and subsequent reporting.- Creating a sales strategy.- Active communication with marketing and finance department.

• Collaborate and provide effective support to ensure product assortment purchase and implementation across all distribution channels - stores, FSD, etc. together with all necessary business activities.• Create new items based on suppliers' data statements.• Continuous maintenance of the product database in the system.• Ordering inventory for items with responsibility on the HQ side.• Track inventory levels for items with responsibility on the store side.• Follow the promotion plan for leaflets.• Requesting all necessary materials from suppliers.• Coordinate resource-based leaflet adjustments.• Communicate with suppliers, stores, marketing, accounting, and sales departments to coordinate all the necessary business activities within the product portfolio.• Participation in the management of online stores for Metro by marketing - planning promotions, setting pricing policies, setting communication actions for customers, subsequent settings (PPC ads, seo, media promotion), analyzing and evaluating the success of each activity.
