Transitioning from a successful tenure in managerial roles, I'm now dedicated to forging a career in coding, leveraging my diverse background in Engineering Management, Human Resources and iGaming industry. My journey has been a fusion of varied experiences, culminating in a versatile skill set and an unyielding passion for continuous growth.Armed with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering Management specializing in Human Resources from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University in Novi Sad, Serbia, I honed my managerial skills and problem-solving expertise. During my time as the Head of Support and Human Resources at WBM Ltd – the powerhouse behind the renowned BluffTheSpot brand (January 2017 to November 2023), I excelled in team training, resolving customer issues, managing international teams, and expanding our client base through new contracts. This role not only provided a rich understanding of managing diverse teams but also offered me valuable insights into the dynamic iGaming industry.My dual perspective, stemming from this experience in the iGaming industry and my former career as a professional poker player, uniquely positions me to comprehend both user and provider sides of the industry. This background affords me a deep understanding of user behavior and needs, enabling me to approach coding and tech solutions with a comprehensive understanding of end-user experiences.Fueled by a passion for technology and a desire for a new challenge, I ventured into front-end development. Since 2020, I have committed myself to acquiring coding expertise, gathering knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. With a foundational understanding of Git version control and its functionalities, I'm equipped with the fundamental knowledge necessary for collaborative software development practices. Continuously refining my skills in React since November 2022, I'm dedicated to deepening my knowledge and proficiency in front-end development.Proficient in English and studying German in my free time (currently at a basic level), I thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
