I was introduced to Windows test in Kernel labs. This was my first full-time job in IT and I was member of onsite 24x7 support team at WaMu Bank’s datacenter in Tukwila, WA. I was executing deployments, (re)configurations and general break-fix and warranty repairs for IBM equipment.

Designed a family of mechanical devices for fluid pressure and flow control. Generated and maintained library of blueprints for all company products. Wrote technical documentation, assembly, installation and maintenance instructions and prepared marketing material. Developed proof-of-concept solution for remote and automatic control actuated Amflow® valve.
