Led the team as we expanded our software from single tenant to multi tenant architecture to support multiple individual businesses on the same platform and successfully onboarding 4 different businesses. Continued to build out core features to improve the efficiency of the business and our providers.

Stepped into leading all of engineering across software, data and infrastructure Tilly Therapy. Grew the team from 20 to 35 engineers, independently managing hiring across Canada/US and Europe. Led the build of end to end EHR/PMS functionality for the Autism space covering the entire spectrum of use cases from client onboarding, client care experience, scheduling, clinical notes, insurance billing, payroll, dashboards, messaging and more.
