Customer: 2nd largest Slovakia bankProject: Bank decided to implement new payment gateway (PGW) mainly to comply with EU regulation related to SEPA, but also to manage processing of payments in one unified system and to improve the quality of payment processing. Bank decided to implement CGI product SEPA Engine as PGW. Implementation covered processing of SEPA transfers, direct debits and R-transactions. PGW was directly integrated with many systems like Internet banking, branch office application, Loans, Mortgages, Corporate clients, ERP system or with payment processing systems.

Customer: Major Telco Operator (Hungary)Project: CRM solution based on Oracle Siebel 8.1. CRM implementation project supporting business processes mostly on Customer Care, Sales, Marketing and IT departments. Core of the solution is on implementation of Account Management, Order Management, Service Management, Central Product Catalogue, integration to CTI and to different legacy applications.Platforms: Siebel 8.1 integrated using Tibco middleware
