President of IT department as well as Board member.As the Board member I’ve had many responsibilities such as:- Strategic planning for the upcoming year and beyond- Budget allocation for all activities during the year- Working on an idea of a new project and bringing it to the realization- Working on selection process of new members- Maintaining external relations with other IT companies supporting the organizationAs the Information technology department leader I’ve worked on:- Training new members all the basic technical skills needed for work during the year- Time managing activities of the group such as meetings and group work sessions- Mentoring members throughout the year - Work and performance monitoring and evaluation - Website maintenance (Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)- Video editing appealing short videos for social media and longer movie-like videos as part of some project agendas (Adobe Premiere Pro)

My first "real" job. Although it is not related to the profession I want to pursue, I think it is worth mentioning because of how young I was when I got it. I have learned a lot working here, but above all about teamwork and dedication.
