In this role I am a member of the Project Control Board representing IS Procurement in all Decision Point meetings within Planning & Portfolio organisation.The key areas of focus for this role are: Project Sourcing using RFx process, Negotiation and Contract Management. I was responsible and accountable for all Contract Management within IS IT organisation in Sweden, two major global IS IT Programmes and Consultancy and Services Category Management in Sweden.Since June 2011 I had a leadership responsibility for the procurement resources from Sweden and their deployment in various IS IT projects and responsibility for optimisation of the PTP process within IS IT organisation in Sweden.
