General jobs descriptions- process supervision of production (according to IPC, EN60439, ESD, BOZP standards, quality management system procedures etc.)- QMS procedures making (technology documentation, quality forms, employee and department job descriptions etc.)- enter and update data in Enterprise Resource Planning system- cooperation in the implementation of ERP (e.g. CINCOM, ORACLE, MOVEX, AXAPTA) according to production requirements- technical supervision of incoming material NCR resolving process- search and technical supervision within process of new vendor approval- time and motion study of production and support processes- creating (BOM, drawing update, 3D model - SketchUp), changes (according to production requirements) and implementation of technical documentation in PDM system in partnership with foreign development centre or adjudicating entity- in case of ERP absence, a production logistic in keeping with my own MS excel file (material monitoring, deliveries, quality – FPY + LPY, planning etc.)- production process optimization, which included new technology or new technological equipments- finding, buying and implementation of equipments and tools for production- maintenance and ordering of spare parts of equipment and tools in production- create and enter of input data into semi automatic devices in production (label printers, pick and place data of pin insertion machine, recipes of soldering wave machine, semi automatic tester of back-panels etc.)- complex arrangement of new jig and technology equipment making (e.g. inert atmosphere)- create of cost basis of new products or technology (cost of labor and material, overhead costs etc.) with MS Excel- sub-division of task inside department or company, their control and responsibility for meeting tasks related to projects- design and create a digital layout according to new production premises or technology solutions- newcomers training - operators or colleagues or other staff
