Dot Mobile was a UK-based Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that operated in the mid-2000s. It provided mobile phone services by leasing network capacity from a larger mobile network operator rather than owning its own infrastructure. Dot Mobile aimed to offer affordable and flexible mobile plans tailored to the needs of students and young professionals. It was known for its competitive pricing and targeted marketing, which focused on delivering value-added services and a customer-friendly experience.As the Systems and Operations Director at Dot Mobile, I was responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining all internal systems, including e-commerce, billing, network services provisioning, CRM, and customer-facing platforms based on SAP and in-house developed systems. I managed internal teams overseeing system development and maintenance, IT support, service provisioning, customer billing, and customer support.

At Nokia's Telecommunication division I architected, developed, and maintained the information system used for cell network roll-out. I collaborated closely with senior managers from EuroTel (currently O2 telco operator), coordinating all tasks related to the completion and handover of wireless sites constructed by Nokia, including construction permitting, equipment configuration, site acceptance, and equipment inventory.

At APP Newsnet, I developed and maintained a teletext content automation system for TV PRIMA, which automated human tasks, resulting in headcount savings and improved quality.
