Since 2014, Playful Solutions has been bringing together learning design, technology, and play to create playful solutions for personal and professional development. Our approach is rooted in research on adult learning and development through play from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. We work together with our network of creatives & techies, including learning & game designers, developers, facilitators, trainers, and artists, to produce the final solutions. Together with a few friends, I co-founded and built-up Razlivalište, an NGO based in my home country Serbia focused on the promotion and support of young impact entrepreneurs and innovators. Our flagship program from the start has been Social Impact Award Serbia, a local branch of an international support program for youth social entrepreneurship, but we also worked on programs in collaboration with organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP, Uncharted (ex. Unreasonable Institute), Serbian Chamber of Commerce, GIZ, and others.
