Dream - Create - Change The World!www.nikolovski.comI have always had a fascination with entrepreneurship and started my first business at age eighteen immediately after graduating high school. Thereafter, I established several more startups and businesses. I have had some spectacular highs and undoubtedly some dramatic lows filled with many challenges. Upon gaining years of experience and reflecting back, I realized that much of the difficult times could have been avoided with some basic strategies and advice from experienced people. I therefore wanted to change the startup process and community, and in 2007, I started to create a variety of programs and workshops to help the hundreds of thousands of people that take on the challenge of starting a new business every year but find themselves falling short of the success that they are seeking. In fact, nearly 80% of all new startups crash and burn in the first 18 months because they lack startup knowledge and strategies. That same year, I also started to make public and private speaking engagements providing people a path to startup success and the motivation to see it through.Throughout it all, I started lecturing as a graduate student and have been with Purdue University Northwest (Purdue’s Chicago Area Campus) for the last 25 years. I took on a full time position in 2004 as the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Success and am currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of entrepreneurship. I now also share my valuable experiences with my students and have created several programs and class to help my students achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
