Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.• Work with clients to understand their future needs and align company offerings accordingly.• Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to internal teams.• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth resolution of problems.• Monitor and measure customer satisfaction.• Compliance related matters:1. Assess the risk level associated with each customer and transaction.2. Implement Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures for higher- risk customers.3. Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure the organization's compliance policies and procedures are current.4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer information and compliance activities.5. Ensure all records meet regulatory requirements.6. Work closely with other departments, including risk management,legal, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to compliance.

Further, this will enhance the knowledge on handling different clients around the world. Most of the clients are considered as VIP clients who are referred by the companies main referrers. Therefore, the satisfaction level needs to kept on a higher standard.
