• Update contract register as and when new contract is signed or terminated. • Generate invoices through MYOB based on client agreements and update Sales register • Timely update invoice receipts and prepare debtors reports • Enter Purchase invoices to MYOB update purchasing register on timely manner • Collect and Summarize fortnight payroll data and update them in wages register • Collect and Summarize fortnight sub-contractor work data and update them in sub-contracts register • Timely update Fixed assets register and disposals in Fixed Assets register • Update common expenses register periodically• Assist in reconciliation of bank/credit card statements • Assist in Financial reporting P&L Balance Sheet Cash flow Analysis • Process Customer Credit Applications• Assist management in debtors and creditors queries • Assist in Sales and other ad-hoc profitability reports • Record keeping and document management. Organize all supporting documents and and file them with a easy referencing system • Other Ad hoc administrative duties where and when required
