Seeking challenging position in Recruitment field, to utilize the skills acquired to achieve the targets set by the Organization from time to time and to make a mark and excel in the field of Human Resources by using my capabilities, knowledge, and expertise to grow with the organization I work with.Primary Responsibilities •Handle the entire end to end recruitment cycle for BU-Professional Services and Engineering •Regular Interaction with the hiring managers for understanding the requirement and business needs.•Responsible for resourcing and recruitment (resume screening, conducting interviews) according to the Business ’s requirements•Sourcing the right applicant through Job portals, headhunting, networking, and referrals•Scheduling the interviews for the candidates and updating the Stake holder’s /Hiring Manager •Scheduling the interview with the Hiring Managers/Panels for F2F, Telephonic or Teams round•Understanding the Job Seekers competencies, interest towards the job, technical skills & making them understand their roles & responsibilities.•Updating/Maintaining the database as per the Business and requirements•Posting jobs on other free job posting sites•Follow up with candidates after the interviews and offers.•Responsible for reviewing requirements, searching/sourcing resumes, screening/interviewing candidates, negotiating and confirming pay rates, scheduling interviews, ensuring that candidates join at the right time, offer follow ups, salary negotiation.•Identifying potential candidates and sourcing them through existing database, portal contacts, referrals, and headhunting.•Sourcing candidates through our own internal resume database, other internet databases (Naukri, Monster, Google Search, LinkedIn, Blogs) referrals.•Mentoring trainees in recruitment process.HR OperationsResponsible for new joiners induction.Handled day-to-day Hr. activities and coordination with external and internal departments.Joining Formalities & Exit formalities.Generating Offer, Appointment, confirmation, Experience, reliving and full & final documents.Confirmation letter for the employees after the completion of the probation.
