Develop and communicate MPS – Master Production Schedule for capacitors business. Lead capacity planning efforts to align Operations Plan for the business vs production capacity targets. Implemented processes to help contribute business growth of 150% between April 2022 to now with improvements in OTD of 43 basis points between 2022 and YTD. Lead efforts to track projects from customer booking to shipment and oversea planning efforts on projects still to be engineered. In charge of defining and adjusting Lead Times for the business and present recommendations on monthly basis. Define and adjust weekly schedules for the shop floor based on material and capacity availability. Communicate shortfalls and improvements with respect to OTD and Overdue to the business via Production, Sales and Inventory (PSI) process. Lead and Train planning team to adjust and accommodate fast-paced, changing environment.

Led projects to drive cycle time reduction and cost out improvements on meet business objectives. Led various projects to replace hazardous legacy resin/hardener and replaced material on distribution CT/PT lines to improve safety, process and intern drive cost reduction with respect to PPE and EHS testing. Conduct cost out projects by replacing manual operator dependent operation to PLC driven automation. Drove process improvements with safety and quality in mind to improve overall safety score, test yields and reduced scrap $ for Superbute product lines.

Led projects to meet Quality KPIs with respect to yields that align with business and customer needs. Established SPC data collection and conducted data analysis to sustain process controls needed to reduce scrap. Implemented controls over winding CTQs to drive yield improvements at Final Electrical Test. Conducted root cause analysis of failures in recovery area to communicate finding to winding/assembly teams on weekly basis to drive yield improvements. Established L1/L2 controls on shop floor by working with brilliant factory team to establish machine learning and in line SPC controls do drive quality improvements.

Conducted and led projects to improve safety, drive process improvements and support quality throughout 275, CFR, Test, Paint and WPS assembly lines. Initiated and led LAWOs for all lines to drive cycle time and cost saving reductions as well as providing appropriate training to all employees to support new processes. Support day to day Process, Quality and Engineering related issues. Provide technical support and act as SME for all engine lines through test, paint and modifications areas.

Drove continuous improvements throughout the facility to increase efficiency. Worked with Product Engineering to bring new product from R&D to production. Wrote test procedures and designing test fixtures for new and preexisting product lines. In charge of setting and meeting cost reduction goals YOY. Reduced cost by 15% on main product line by reducing cycle time, negotiating better prices from suppliers and reduced downtime by dual sourcing.
