- Review the JCT contract, order value, project stakeholders, agreed-upon costs and work schedule, payment terms and terms & conditions.- Estimating quantities for new build and retrofitting projects, as well as evaluating subcontractors, operatives, machinery & other factors (CSCS, insurances, previous experiences).- Conduct feasibility site survey before pre construction stage to prepare work program schedule, method statement, risk assessment and regulatory requirements.- Conduct assessments according to building regulations (Part K), providing guidance on toughened glass, security film used within a build.- Prepare comprehensive supporting reports for (Part K) building regulation assessments for glazing safety in and outside building, covering road access, loading and unloading bays, health and safety tool box talks.- Offer specialist advice on glass & operation detail, conducting (Part Q) Building regulation assessment for security performance for doors & windows.- Evaluating contracts progress sheet and projected project costs for project cycle.- Provide sub-contractor orders, payment approvals and prepare detail report for extra overs.- Prepare and conduct presentation, samples and work program schedules to educate clients and stakeholders on building practices and work schedule.

- Maintaining schedule for drawings, execution, monitoring, procurement and stock maintenance.- Monitoring work orders, payment schedules, project costs, cash flow and updating Manager.- Managing incoming calls, preparing for meetings and presentations.

- Preparation of scheduled contract documents like price schedule, specification & stock list, inventory items, etc.- Producing working drawings for kitchen cabinets, wardrobe cabinets and other interiors fit outs.- Computer-aided 3D modelling & drafting the technical detail drawings for projects.- Assigning project team roles and responsibilities to individual team members (Site & manufacturing team).

- Engaged in a professional capacity with COA (Registered Architect) projects to assess passive and active design strategies in various building zoning projects to prepare best practice and guideline for built form and user comfort ability.- Produce conceptual design for club house, recreational areas and road networks with in project.- Conduct presentations, site visits and development strategies to present land lords with salable figures, construction stages and future development program.

- Participated in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from conceptual design to construction drawing stages.- Conducted extensive site visits and market surveys to inform project decisions. Utilized AutoCAD and Revit to facilitate project design and documentation. Successfully achieving IGBC AP certification for an office building in a hot, arid climate region of India.
