CurrentProject leader for Spreading the Sustainability Culture through the Company supply chain, I manage supplier’s projects in terms of sustainability and in line with Gefran group strategic plan.I am also part of the team that every year organise the sustainability Supplier Day.Responsible for the Direct Material Purchasing focused on mechanical components.Gefran’s purchasing structure permit me to be fully independent performing the assigned role, starting from the operative tasks (SAP data, Prices, Contracts, etc.) till the much more strategic part that concerns Decision making, Strategy evaluations and Optimization processes.What is a strong characteristic of my position is the possibility to be extremely flexible, and then fast, making decisions on supply strategies, second sources and products alternatives that are key factors for a successful supply process in the current market situation. Managed products:- Steel, Copper, Brass, Alu and Precious (palladium & gold) alloys- Machined components (Turning, Milling, Punching, folding and coatings)- Polymers (PA V0/V2, PC, Peek, etc.)- Plastic Injection moulds and components- Magnets, Connectors & Wiring- Subcontractors- Etc.
