- Lead the organization and execution of Podskup, a student subconference within the Current Trends in Psychology.- Manage and mentor a team of nearly 20 volunteers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of all conference objectives.- Develop and oversee an innovative promotional strategy to increase participant engagement and enhance the visibility of the conference.- Collaborate with participants and speakers to ensure smooth communication, provide support, and facilitate their involvement in the conference.- Coordinate logistics, monitor budgets, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience tailored to students and emerging professionals in psychology.

The Psychology Student Club "Transfer" organized the Mind.share conference aimed at students interested in psychological topics. As a Marketing Team member, my responsibilities included:- Branding (creating logo, colour palette, designs, social media platforms, all from scratch).- Creating promotional contents (digital and print design, which includes Instagram and LinkedIn posts, creating presentations, banners, accreditations, posters, certificates, etc.). - Communicating with the participants, speakers, and companies. - Assisting other teams.
