We have an On-Demand recruiting style that allows us to provide help in research, sourcing, full-cycle recruiting and other HR needs when the timing works for you. As a recruiter / engagement leader, I work with our clients and help to grow and develop our associates. I also work with our Internal Communication team to help foster a productive environment where our open office can help to learn from each other, and work together effectively.

In addition to other associate duties, I pursue opportunities for account growth and new business; research, outreach and engage potential clients for IQTP and Comeet; and schedule business development meetings with potential clients and IQTP partners.

Working with our recruiters and clients, I avidly search for the best and brightest talent in diverse and growing companies. With an emphasis on technology and data-driven industries, I seek out candidates that not only fit the mold and model specified by our clients, but candidates that will thrive in the job recommended to them.

Trey Palmedo is currently serving on the executive board of the Davidson County Young Democrats and on the Executive Committee of the Davidson County Democratic Party. During my fellowship and briefly following the fellowship, I was responsible for organizing the digital campaign for Organizing for Action within Davidson County and parts of Middle Tennessee. Created and executed social media campaigns and coordinated with the other digital leads in the state to develop a consistent message that complied with the national organization. Boosted followership in the region and increased retweets and likes.I currently work with the state director and state leads to recruit and train new fellows, empowering them to take action on the issues that matter most to them and the United States.

Worked with candidate on developing a strong message on all social media outlets. Developed and executed bulk mail, email campaigns while coordinating with the field organizer on special event planning.

Canvassed and called during phone banks to expand outreach to potential voters during the local primary campaign.
