Develop a growing product in an untapped market for Expeditors. Expeditors Order Management provides customers visibility from PO inception through delivery. Our product allows customers flexibility to manage suppliers through booking rules that compare the PO elements to the actual bookings being made by the supplier, while providing historical data for Analytics Reporting. Having the order data puts Expeditors in a position to be a better logistics partner allowing us and our customers to be proactive instead of reactive. If an order is not booked in time we know about it on the first day it is not booked instead of 2 weeks after it sails. Responsible for supporting the Cincinnati/Dayton district in all customer facing demo's, internal/external analytics, script writing, and reporting.At various points during this role I also provide support for various districts throughout the EI network. I was successful at creating and deploying multiple time saving and visibility projects that had very large impact on Expeditors ability to efficiently carry out day to day business. High level knowledge of processes in all departments was required to effectively develop solutions and implement.

Managing and developing a sales territory from Franklin, OH north to Lima, OH along the 75 corridor. This was a typical sales job and included developing leads, cold calls, development of current customers, giving custom presentations, recording all calls and notes in a proprietary sales database. I was responsible for initial introductions, ongoing development, transition, and retention. Hosted many out of town company guests and sales call schedules.

This position included the same responsibilities as the Air Export Agent position with the added duties of employee reviews, scheduling, mentoring, export compliance expert certification, many department accounting related functions, customer sales calls, and carrier reviews.

All aspects of export of Air Freight shipments. Received and scheduled freight pickup calls. Managed shipping document requirements and worked with customers to complete the document requirements. Physical receipt of shipments into our warehouse facility, operating 5,000 lb forklift, weighing, taking dimensions and storing in racks. During this time I was also certified to handle dangerous good shipments by Air and Ground transport. Other responsibilities included customs compliance and submission of EEI's and customs requirements of all destination countries.

Processing customs entries for miscellaneous accounts. Worked with local carriers customers and other 3pl's to obtain the needed documents for the entry process. Arranged needed customs exams and deliveries of Full container, Less Than Container, and Air freight shipments.

Responsible for collection of documents from local carries and other 3pls along with documents to and from US Customs located in the CVG airport. Responsible for maintenance schedule and general upkeep of the company pickup truck used to complete the document runs.
