Assigned as the Site Internal Auditor. Responsible for conducting daily compliance inspections, monthly compliance audits as well as periodic review of policy and procedure to insure efficiency of employees is not compromised. Assist Site Safety with inspections, incident/accident reporting and training.

As the UH-60M Maintenance Supervisor I was responsible for planning maintenance, scheduling of 23 S70M aircraft, and directing the daily duties of 18 Mechanics. Conducted daily Production Control meetings where coordination with the Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG), Sikorsky Representative, GE representative, as well as the Support Battalion occurred to provide the most effective training for the SANG. Provided Technical knowledge to assigned mechanics when needed and conduct training as required.

Served as Production Supervisor for over 160 UH-60 A/L/M Blackhawk helicopters. Oversaw more than 130 Maintenance personnel on 2nd shift. Conduct daily PC meetings, assign daily workloads, schedule aircraft to meet the training requirements of the ARMY. Supervise the planning of maintenance to maximize the amount of training available and decrease ACFT downtime. Responsible for maintaining the Airfield in the absence of the Airfield Manager.

Assigned as Site Supervisor of Tikrit Airfield, Iraq, I oversaw the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of 40 UH-60 A/L/M, 8 AH-64, and various transient aircraft. Duties included weekly status reports, weekly payroll, Quality Control, manning requirements, Tech supply oversight, as well as Environmental Health & Safety.

Served as Team Lead for Phase Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance on UH-60A/L Utility Helicopters as well as OH-58D Helicopters. Supervised Aircraft Rigging, Track and Balance, Fuel Cell maintenance as well as other tasks of increased responsibility. Conduct and Maintain up to date training on all employees as well as train new employees. Responsible for the day to day production control of the unscheduled maintenance for over 40 aircraft. Communicate directly with Unit level as well as Brigade level Production Control for scheduling of maintenance to minimize aircraft down time. Hold daily safety mitigation briefings to ensure personnel have a safe work environment as well as proper work direction.

Completed a nine year career with the U.S. Army. Holding a series of high responsibility positions and leading large-scale operations worldwide. Supervised the daily maintenance tasks and production of 30 personnel. Three years’ experience receiving, processing and assigning work orders at Unit level.  Experience on both MH-60K as well as MH-60L model aircraft totaling 6 years. Performed Daily inspections, phase maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance to include aircraft rigging, track and balance, and flight line troubleshooting.
