Organized and facilitated BLS courses, certifying over 6,000 DOD personnel from 68 units. -Performed as interim Department Head and Directorate Supervisor responsible for leading and mentoring 110 sailors/civilians in the daily operations for eight departments.

-Directly responsible for the personal and professional development of staff! -Coordinated 108 hours of support for 10 medical in-processing evolutions to include accountability of $50K in vaccines and lab equipment. His team administered 6,198 vaccines, collected 9,176 blood samples, fabricated 550 eye glasses, and performed 212 radiographs.-His clinical management efforts culminated in the completion of 5,100 daily primary and acute care patient encounters for 6,108 officer candidates and 1,430 staff member during 13 training cycles.

-Managed a 26 employee work force which includes accomplishing such task as dealing with personnel issues, career management, conflict resolution, training, safety, operations, and logistics.-Provides manpower services to various Marine Corps student training exercises including live fire ranges, demolition ranges, land navigation, and other various hazardous exercises.

-Supervised the daily operations of the supply department including the supervision of six supply and facilities department staff members. -During this time I held the medical facilities purchase card with a monthly budget of $5,000.-Created schedules and templates for over 15 medical providers including various doctors and nurses, allowing patients to have easy access to health care. -Supervised a section of 18 Sailors whom provided military funeral honors and other various military colors presentations.
