I am currently a Manufacturing Engineer with ADTI in Geneva AL. I have been with the company since 2005. I started in their anodizing department loading and unloading after three months I was promoted to crane operator in the same department. Responsibilities for this job was to make sure both loaders and unloaders had work at their stations at all times, titration of all chemical baths used in process, and quality control. In 2010 I transfered to the Architectural paint shop. I started out as a spray painter then soon promoted to paint setup and line rotation which is responsible for the order in which orders should be painted by ship date. While in the paint shop I enrolled in college for HVAC upon completion in 2013 I moved into the maintenance department. Where I work on a variety of different equipment ranging from spotwelders, overhead cranes, 40 ton press brakes, and 70 ton chillers.
