I am honored to serve as the Vice President of HSE for Artera Services, leveraging my extensive experience as a Health and Safety Professional spanning over two decades. I also have the privilege of serving on the executive leadership team of one of the best utility infrastructure, pipeline, and facilities contractors in the U.S., Southeast Connections. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University (LSU), and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, I am well-equipped to drive positive change within organizations.Throughout my career in engineering and construction, I have been driven by a passion for improving the wellbeing of employees and fostering a positive work culture. Working for some of the most influential contractor names in the industry, I have witnessed firsthand how the success of any organization depends on the welfare of its people.My focus lies in championing initiatives that enhance work conditions, elevate employee experiences, and solve organizational problems. With a diverse background across industries including Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Nuclear, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Power, I bring a diverse experience and a unique perspective to every challenge.As an operationally minded HSE professional, I firmly believe that business success and profitability can coexist without sacrificing safety. Moreover, I firmly believe that strong leadership and safety performance are intrinsically linked in the long run.On a personal note, I am blessed to have been married to my beautiful Cajun wife for fifteen years. Together, we have raised two amazing daughters, Savannah (18) and McKenzie (12), as well as a wonderful son named Landon (14). Currently residing in NE Georgia, just outside Atlanta, I am committed to making a positive impact on the HSE landscape and driving lasting change within organizations.
