I am a very charismatic and career driven individual looking for the next opportunity to advance my career. I worked for JPMorgan Chase over the last 12 years and quickly climbed the ladder earning multiple opportunities in both people management and then ultimately project management. I supported cross line of business initiatives and therefore have extensive experience in both credit card and retail banking. Unfortunately, only months after being promoted into a new project management leadership position, I was informed the Springfield site was ultimately going to close down. I was asked if I would be willing to relocate which I was unable to do for multiple reasons. Therefore, my job was eliminated at the end of 2023. I spent the last 5 years of my career in project management which is what I love to do. I have proven success with managing highly complex projects, in a very fast paced agile environment with little to no supervision. I created project plans, hosted weekly project meetings, wrote communications/procedures, presented to leadership, developed training, held others accountable to deadlines, and ultimately ensured each and every project was a success from start to finish. I would manage anywhere from 20-30 projects at one time including things like product launches where we spent a year preparing to launch new credit card products. I am proficient in Microsoft Suite and have experience both developing and delivering presentations and executive level status reports. Throughout my career I have showcased the ability to build strong relationships, meet deadlines and both efficiently and effectively manage large projects.
