I'm a very motivated lifelong learner. I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy/Symbolic Logic. Since then I've worked in warehouse management, customer service, inventory control and administrative service. In all of these roles, I've learned that I enjoy taking things apart and figuring out how they work so I can be more helpful. This natural curiosity lead to teaching myself basic SQL queries and Excel to see how my company's data was structured and how it could be helpful in my job functions, which resulted in several helpful calculators and reference tools. I later pursued a Data Analytics Certificate from the University of Texas, where I furthered my skills by learning data manipulation and visualization in Python and R. I am now enrolled at Tech Elevator, where I am sharpening my programming skills in the hopes of pursuing a tech career that allows me to work with data and continue my lifelong pursuit of knowledge.
