Reflecting on a transformative moment early in my university days, I recall a question that sparked a profound realisation: "What makes you happy at work?" At 21, full of youthful enthusiasm, I discovered that my joy derived from empowering others to reach their full potential. This understanding revealed the significant impact of workplace well-being on one's overall life quality, highlighting how even modest contributions could foster substantial personal and professional growth.This insight led me to switch my major to Human Resources within my Bachelor of Commerce degree, laying the groundwork for a career dedicated to enhancing others' lives.
