About Dustin Fee

I currently am employed with Haley Toyota of Richmond. My day to day operations are entangled with a fast pace environment, management of nineteen employees, learning advance developing technology, and pursuing efficiency and improvements in everyday operations. Our business model centers around creating the most amount of revenue while making minimal mistakes, and striving for impeccable customer satisfaction. The most rewarding aspect of my position is cultivating improvements in processes and creating a superior work environment for my employees. I would value an opportunity to help any entity ameliorate its existing shop operations to generate more profit while also focusing on employee welfare. A successful business starts with an employee who is fervent about their employer and product. A little more about me, I have spent all my professional career involved in some sort of mechanical institution. I served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002-2006. I was emboldened by multiple meritorious promotions, awards, and medals. I was deployed to Iraq and Enduring Freedom three times where I developed impeccable aptitude, resiliency, and leadership skills no college graduates possess. After separation from the Marine Corps, I secured a job with Lexus of Richmond. I was immensely successful there acquiring my Master Technician certification in only three short years, the shortest amount of time possible with tenure. I left Lexus in search of a career with better benefits so I joined the Union Millwrights, after a year employed I determined Union labor was not for me and there was also a severe economic downturn stifling our work. I then returned to automotive for a small stint at BMW and then Lexus again for a short period, I then had a career opportunity at Afton Chemical, where I enjoyed eight successful years of employment performing R&D and developing other essential skills. I moved to my current position after being solicited and am also enjoying immense success. I am always open to new challenges and opportunities while always maintaining the utmost humility for every employer who has invested time and energy in my development.
