During that tenure, I've held several different roles which included Operations Manager, Director of Operations, VP of Operations, VP of Finance, and VP of Sales managing crews up to 300 people. I have worked on both the operations side of 3PLs, but really excelled at the Business Development.Most 3PL programs fail due to the gap in knowledge between the Sales team and the Operations team.
